OK FRED I CAN TAKE A HINT.

Car 1713 is currently owned by something called the Penn-Ohio Electric
Railway Association and has been at Ashley Ohio since May 1998.  I have nary
a clue what condition it's in or what their plans are for the car.

This data is taken from Ray Corley's  list of  "PRESERVED PCC CARS OF NORTH
AMERICA".

If anyone is interested in this listing (15 pages plus appendix) I'll ask
Ray how much he wants for copies including US postage (or indeed if he is
willing to sell copies at all).
