Bill has agreed that these can be made available to those wanting one.  The disks contain files in both TIFF (for quality enlargements) and JPEG formats, and include a Word for Windows file describing the 42 views.

Anyone who wants one should contact me off-group at johnfbromley at rogers.com and I'll provide the details (or "bad news") and where to write for it.
