[PRCo] SEPTA PCC RE-BUILD HELPED BY PTM

In the current Railpace Mag. on page 42 it mentions that BROOKVILLE
LOCO WORKS is re-building 18 Septa PCCs and have gotten assistance from
PTM  by providing drawings of PCCs [probably blueprints ] to  Brookville
to help in the re-bulding.  It says Brookville's old shop was wrecked in
a flood several years ago and have re-located adjacent to a new shop
next to the B&P [EX P&S ] on a hill just outside of town .
