[PRCo] PRC route foreman trucks

PRC route foreman trucks - as well as line trucks - were painted orange;  in
the mid-50s I recall seeing a PRC orange Brill bus being used as a salt
spreader.

I also took a photo of  a PAT panel truck - still in orange paint - in
September, 1965.  It was at Keating CB being loaded with files from the
administration building the day after trolley service ended there.
