Which brings me to a question about the last year of route 65/55:

Were tracks still in place along Second Avenue and through Greenfield 
for the 65 to return to Pittsburgh after June 1964 when former route 55 
was abandoned?

Or did the 65 return to the carhouse via East End trackage, most likely 
using route 67?
