I was amused, John, at the price he wants for the Toronto book you and Jack 
May authored.  Looks like he wants $120 minimum for a book still available 
from the ERA for $30.  At least that was the price when I bought an extra 
copy in November last year.

Maybe there is a premium on copies that have been pre-read!! <gg>
