The latest news from LA onthe RED LINE subway fiasco is that a six year
litigation has been brought to a final chapter with the major contractor
, TUDOR-SALIBA being fined $ 51 million initially for false cost
over-runs and shoddy construction of subways where walls were not of the
proper thickness . AND  FINED  $2.4  MILLION for not paying the original
judgement on time !!!
