HI!
The building is Whatever was on that corner - and the brick is leading to
the PRR station with some cars parked there. And yes, the Civic Arena
sits atop the hillside - but is not in the original photo taken with 135mm
telephoto.

Wow - so that cement block structure to the right rear - is the Post
Office? -- and the red brick in the back ground is the PRR parking lot
entrance? And the "hillside" above is leading up to where the Civic Arena
is?
