Penn Avenue has had the top coat of asphalt stripped from Wilkinsburg (just west of the PRR underpass) to East Liberty (where the Giant Eagle is, just east of where Shady now meets Penn in the post-Busway days) railhead is visible sporadically in the pavement. I vaguely recall we discussed where rail was removed. Apparently, not here:-)
