I found a little description of the route in an old "street car guide" 
from 1925.  I will share as much as anyone wants from this little gem.

33 MT. WASHINGTON, via Point
Every 30 minutes.   Running Time:  30 minutes.
Take car no. 30 to McGann's Corner and transfer to 33.  From McGann's 
Corner to Independence, to Woodville, to Woodstock, to Woodruff, to 
Virginia, to Wyoming, to Boggs, to Bailey, to Castle Shannon Incline,
Last car leaves Liberty and Stanwix at 12:59.
