Route 33 was cut back in 1933 to the West End Circle (which is,
incidentally, now being removed) and became (?) Route 32.  I don't have the
cards in front of me; 32 might have already been the short turn.

Thanks to Matt for the route description from the 1925 guide.

I've seen no reference here to the fact (at least according to my map from
the
early 1930s) that at some point the 33 was cut back to a terminus along
Woodville to make way for the Sawmill Run Parkway.
