	GUESSTIMATION   ---   Liability directly surrounding bridges
caused purchases to limit same by acquiring land to certain
perimeter.    Parts falling from vehicles on the span, grease
droppings, etc., etc., etc.    Also benefit from selling //
leasing same later with exclusionary clauses for above
liabilities!
