That's right, Jim.  There was only one major steel producer with mills
within the Pittsburgh city limits - J&L on Second Avenue and Carson Street -
both mills served by PRC trolleys. (Now we're on topic.)

In the 1950's, teel industry statistics for "Pittsburgh" actually included
the Youngstown. Ohio mills.  The same as "Chicago" stats still include the
big USS mill in Gary, Indiana.
