It is an PRCo *similar* PCC for the 1000--1199 series. The
small trolley-cowling and air scoops at the trucks give it away.
Note that this is listed as a kit --- how an individual
paints such a kit is a personal decision.
The *Pennsylvania--Scale--Models* (now Browser, or Bowser, or
something like that) HO PCC was probably the first to hit the
market (All-Electric patterned after Philly) and anyone who
wanted such a model for about 20-years had to buy this and either
modify it or paint it to look like their favorite prorotype or
free-lance line. That's all there was for several decades!
It was Much Later when the air cars came along - some in brass
by Suydam if I am not mistaken and maybe one or two others.
Thing the Brits even produced an HO PCC. And when air cars are
made, it always seems to be the oldest ones first.
With just very few exceptions, SPTC in "O"--Scale is the very
first to produce Operator Specific models with every possible
detail and Many Modifications.

Interesting to note that the Corgi All-Electric PCC is modeled
after the Philly like the P-A--Scale--Models car. And the Corgi
is a perfect example of the past here in the present --- ALL
Corgi PCCs, Cincinnati, San Francisco, and whatever, are the very
same basic Philly model with property specific paint. The roof
monitor was added for PRCo but it is an extremely bad
representation!
