This is a cast metal kit out of the UK marked by Bec-Kit Model Trams - check their description of the item at:

I ordered on direct, and there are some companies marketing thier kits here in the US.  Haven't had time to put the kit together, but it seems nice clean casting that should assemble into a fair representation of PCC.
