from today's Pittsburgh Post Gazette, 100 Years Ago.

Recorder J.O. Brown twisted his ankle when he jumped off the Larimer 
Avenue streetcar 107, along with many other passengers, after it left 
the tracks at full speed around a corner and crashed into the Latimer, 
Myers & Co. building at Forbes and Try Street.  Nobody on board was 
severely injured in the noon accident.
