I think the intent is better express bus service to e.g. Turtle Creek,
McKeesport, Duquesne, West Mifflin... maybe even Trafford. But What do I
know?

There's been talk which at this point is presumably pre-empted by the Mon
Fayette Expressway of running a highway through Braddock on the ex-B&O
right of way to connect to Tri-Boro Highway closer to the old Westinghouse
plant in East Pittsburgh. If such happens, express bus service to Trafford
presumably becomes a lot faster... if you want to go downtown. 

About the only advantage the 67F has over the 62 is "no transfer". I guess
the 62 option did have the "transfer to 87 which still doesn't do to
Oakland" problem, too.
