	Very interesting description  --  Thanks!   Not really
interested in these cars per se and since they are not officially
designated as PCCs and since they use the MCB or Baldwin type
truck, just thought they might brake like the old conventional
cars without dynamics.

	I know that PRCo motormen were advised to release and reapply
the brakes on the 10s and 11s just before the final stop, but
don't remember that for the rest of the air cars and definitely
not the 16s.   Any special differences worth noting?

	Have often thought that the Red Arrow PCC--look--alike cars
would be good for West Penn even more than for PRCo Interurbans.

	As an aside, what about the Shaker PCCs?   Seemed that they
rolled extremely freely  --  much more so than any other PCC I
ever rode.   They would go barrelling down the old Canal beds
with pedal to the metal, and then lift the power  --  never
noticed any dynamic drag.
