Roger has a valid point.  Why does this light rail (in name only?) project 
seem to be 'off the screen' for most railfans??  It deserves better 
coverage.

I thought Fred the third would take the bait about railfans liking what they 
know.  He has a good story from early 1970s on human nature.

By the way, Harold, have missed reading your Transnet updates over the 
winter.  Glad you put out another edition.  Thank you.
