Hi Ed,

	I knew about the name change to Pittway  --  thought that 
*SprayWay*  was just an adulteration of that but wanted
confirmation.

	You indicate  *PRCo--the--3rd*    ----    am guessing this is
the result of the 2-bankruptcies.

	Philadelphia Company was a Holding Company at one time  --

The only holding companies Pittsburgh Railways (3rd) had were
Standard Gas and Electric (and derivatives), which later were
consolidated as Pittway Corp. after the company's post-transit
name.  PRCo did own an aerosol can manufacturer, I believe,
but was the parent, not the subsidiary.
