*Balance* is a relative term. As far as related to systems
covered, the balance is skewed. And the *concept* seems to
be set in the original of the series -- 1940s and 1950s.
As far as to apparent attempt to publish only *1940s and
1950s* as quoted from the above acknowledgement, then there is a
modicum of success.
But because of this original intent for 1940s and 1950s color
photos, PRCo Vol-3 is disappointing Just Because it includes pat
And pat lrvs and a disproportionate number of photos in the 1960s
forward. I was hoping for more of the unseen rather than the
usual.
