If you look at photos of any of the 17s upon delivery and then
photos several years later, it looks like they put
*Broadband__Duct__Tape* across the gap between the front,
round-end roof monitor and the roof.
Really didn't state it good originally. Don't specifically
know the reason -- weather guard is a good guess -- rain and
snow may easily be drawn up under the open end.
