[PRCo] Point Bridge -- Just One More Thing

I don't want to beat a dead horse, or a long-gone bridge as the case may 
be, but I found this article about the Point Bridge, and felt it was 
appropriate here.
Seems that even after the Pgh Railways/PUC/West End Communities feud of 
bustitution of the West End lines (which when you think about it, was 
amazing as it lasted nearly two years and HELD UP completion of Point 
State Park and the parkway!)  there were other folks who wanted the 
Point Bridge reopened, or moved downstream.
