Send letter to Scott Davis care of the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum. Ask him. He is our signal maintainer and he has done the same work for PAT. It is my understanding that both cars with get a black signal, and when the one leaves the block it will clear the signal for the other. But ask Scott. (And he doesn't bother with e-mail).
