Yesterday Fred sent around to some of you a promotion for a new online
transit newsletter, only to be attacked by the publisher for copyright
violations.  I think the publisher over-reacted in the grand American
fashion, and I wanted to share with the group my response to him earlier
today:

You may or may not feel as I do, but if you do, and if you got the
nasty-gram, you may want to share your thoughts as well.
