[PRCo] Smithfield St Bridge

I keep digging to find all my old slides and negatives of Pittsburgh (long 
story about multiple moves, a basement flood and lost photographs).  The 
other day I ran across this shot of a PCC on the Smithfield Street Bridge 
taken sometime in the mid 70's and though I'd share it with the list.
