This is a Java Database Manager (jdbmgr.exe) file that, of course, won't 
be recognized by McAfee or Norton as a virus ... because it's an 
executable file supplied by the Windows system.

Previous incarnations of this hoax told you to delete files that 
controlled the length of file names and so on.

This is a Hoax.
