The locale in the photo is indeed the intersection of Interboro and Mifflin
Road, site of the 56 and 65 junction.   The lane where the car is laying over
still exists as an extra lane at the present Suncoco Mini-Mart.  See the
following link for a view of that lane from the opposite direction.
