I intend to be there, because it looks for the moment at least like I
won't be able to take that sabbatical in Stockholm...

On the "not worth a fantrip but significant" front, it looks like the East
Busway extension is almost done, months late. The contractor is subject to
a lateness penalty. It should be large enough at this point that it could
possibly fund any shortfall the Port Authority has, except undoubtedly
since it was "capital" and not "operating" I bet they can't do that.
