	The color picture on pg.10 of Volkmer's color book on PRCo--WP--JTC
does make this clear  --  Thanks.    Should have checked here first!   
One of the lines did end on the bridge, or was that Mon-WP?

	In the photo on the net it  *appears*  that the backbone connects to
the span which suggests trolleywire.    But in the book photo, it is
much more easily seen that the backbone connects to the  *pole*  side of
the first bracket.
