You are mistaking a pull-off anchor for a trolley wire.  There was,
however, a junction immediately behind the photog until about 1932
wshere the line from Scottdale down to U. S. Steel's Meadow Mill
branched off.   You are looking south on the mainline from Scottdale
across the B&O and PRR into Everson.
