How about just west of 6th St.???

Didn't 6 cars use 6th St. Bridge in 1964??  Then car has just turned from 
6th into Penn.  Trackage crossing Penn in background was used by rt. 22 
cars.  Don't recall any trackage crossing Penn at 9th.  It had already been 
removed.
