Any suggestions? I've written to sellers listing the reasons why the policy is 
stupid (not in so many words!), have declined to bid, have considered writing 
to tell them I will *never* bid. But never is a long time and the flesh is 
weak. And when they reply that they've had problems (???) shipping outside the 
US, I conclude it's like trying to reason with a true believer. These aren't 
large companies susceptible to political pressure, but if somebody wants to 
organise a boycott and writing campaign against prr-historian (Yanks only, for 
obvious reasons) I'd be happy to join in. Problem is, I've never dealt with him 
anyway so my influence is a bit, ummm . . . soft.
