A question. Is Lincoln Coach in Irwin still in business? The garage serves
someother business now?

Were their Wesrmoreland-Pgh routes on Highway 30 taken over by the
Westmoreland Transit Authority? PAT had previously taken over the
East McKeesport-Pgh service within Allegheny County.

Lincoln Coach took over the Harmony route to Butler and Oil City
back in l961. They also took over Harmony charter rights.
Another company based in Export, Pa. now operates this service.

They established Fayette Coach in the 1950's to operate in the
West Penn territory. That was abanadoned.

The Lincoln bus in Hanover is not related to the Irwin company.
I think I saw one of their chater buses a year or two ago.

Lincoln Coach was a family owned business...The McGill family.

McGill's son-in-law (Bennett?) became manager of Capitol Trailways
in Harrisburg some years ago. Is he still there?
