[PRCo] Rt. 51 bridge

The new bridge is close to the alignment of the old bridge.  However, the
new bridge has both vertical and horizontal camber, which puts it higher
above Saw Mill Run Blvd., and allows for gentler track curves on both ends
of the bridge.

I don't believe that much - if any - of the old bridge sub-structure
remains.
