[PRCo] Cleveland trolleys

Today the Cleveland Plain Dealer had a article on the Trolleyville USA collection.  At least one of the Museum's trolleys (a CA&E car) will operate on the RTA Waterfront line this weekend, and the RTA supports moving the Trolleyville collection to a new museum to be built in that area.  The article also mentions the PCCs that Cleveland sold to Toronto in the 1950s.
