  Forgive me Derrick and all for this off-topic question. I am asking the seniors on this list who get their SS checks delivered by mail(NOT direct deposit) whether or not they recieved their checks this month. I am a mailcarrier in Jacksonville and we never recieved any SS checks this month. They are supposed to be delivered on the 3rd but here it is the 5th and still no checks. Direct deposit was not affected. If you haven't recieved your check, please let me know. I'd also like to know where you live(city). I'm doing a little investigating on my own. The Postal Service is not telling us anything(of course). I have customers that rely on their SS and I'm getting sick of telling them "I don't know what happened". This is a city wide problem here in Jacksonville. If I had to guess, I'd say someone may have tried to steal them. Please let me know if you haven't recieved yours yet.
