Pgh cars willreceive mid-life rehab.  One car went to Spain for evaluation.
Pgh cars replaced PCC cars on July 4., 1986.  They have had some gear
box problems.   CAF is an old Spanish company.  Build many MU cars
and coaches.  Also Ring line cars for Amsterdam, Metro cars for Washington
DC and LRV for Sacramento.  Harold
