Both the cranes were based at Millvale at this time. And yes, F8 was a
former Washington & Canonsburg car.

Subject: [PRCo] PRC work cars

I just found some photos of PRC work cars taken by Clarence Gerst who lives
on Spring Hill. The captions are rather complete, but the dates (1950s) are
incomplete or suspect:

M282 crane car, identified as being at the Millvale carbarn. This car looks
like a railroad crane, not at all like sister-number M283. Was M282 based
at Millvale?

M701 rail and tie car. Looks like it's in the lower yard at Tunnel
Carhouse.

M212 wire reel car and F8 snowplow side-by-side. Caption says that F8 was a
former Washington interurban car - true?
