[PRCo] PRC Interurban Pass Points

I had asked Ed Lybarger what he knew (from timetables) about regular
meet points on the interurban lines. Here was his response, quoted with
permission. Note also that from Washington Junction in, he only notes
where a Washington car would pass another Washington car. The other
line is not considered in the analysis. Note that both Washington and
Charleroi had long recovery times at the outer ends of the line. White
Barn to Elco loop (in the boro of Roscoe) probably took 5 to 7 minutes,
giving 15 to 20 minutes layover. There would normally have been 25
minutes layover in Washington. What we still need in this equation were
the motorman's relief points It is logical to assume motorman marked on
and off at Washington, Charleroi and Tunnel (Castle Shannon earlier) but
we know that, like West Penn, they also made reliefs at sidings in
route.

So here is all that good information from Sir Edward the Lybarger:

This is not as simple as it looks. The "regular" time points were
different on Sundays, for example, while there were exceptions and
trippers out there that could pass
almost anywhere.
