	Can't find the message off-hand.    Did understand that you were not
fond of the 16s from your past posts.
	Might have been a discussion in conjunction with 21-Fineview where it
was noted that PRCo did not schedule 1700s there because the spring
applied drums were  *supposedly*  too weak to hold the car on the
hills.    Then you stated that  *Operators*  liked the 16s better on
49 for the same reason  --  air applied drums were more effective than
spring applied drums  --  When Air Pressure was available!
