	"PRC F8, former W&C passenger car [1903], is being
reconditioned and repainted.   Should be a good-looking gal
when she comes out again."

Good Morning!

	Yes, this is correct.
	Apparently it was Washington_&_Canonsburg_202, then 
it became PRCo__3552 and on 1918.01.25 it was converted to
Freight Motor F8.    It was converted to Snow_Plow in
September-1943 and she was scrapped on 1961.10.11 at Rankin.
Date of renumbering from 200s to 3551s is not listed for
these cars.
