Ahem. I recall a few songs of the mid-50's which many radio stations
would not play. To name three:
"Rent Man Blues"
"Roll With Me Henry", cleaned up as "Dance With Me Henry"
"Sixty Minute Man"
The really amusing part was that WXYZ would refuse to play 1 and 2,
but would play 3; WABC 2 and 3 but not 1, and so on.

Yes, but the see-through blouse enjoyed considerable popularity in
some circles.
