hardbound or $59.50 softbound both prices include shipping.  Payments will
be handled by PayPal.

Full price copies will be available at select book stores and at AB Charles.

PA residents include 6% sales tax.

Too bad that they will not be available at the East Penn Show.  Orders will
be taken there.
