Back on subject, and on list.
I was in a "good" hobby shop yesterday, A. B. Charles & son.  Mr. Charles
told me that the book has been shipped from Toronto and is now in, you
guessed it, CUSTOMS. How long it will take to scan it for SARS and verify it
is not terrorist propaganda is anybody's guess. 
So we still have to just wait a little longer.
