There were a number of clearance signals where the operators couldn't see
the other ends of non-clearance curves.  Don't really know the locations,
but I think most were in the East End.  John Swindler will be familiar with
this, and he won't see his mail until Monday morning at the earliest.

I have a  mid 1960s photo of car 1610 on Route 67 as she's about to pass a
steel line pole on which some sort of signal was mounted. I have no idea
where this shot was taken, but the tracks make a sharp turn to the car's
left (the photographer's right.) In the background, to the door side of the
car, there is an open field or vacant lot that extends to the next
intersection.
