Why bother the postcard.  In a few years you'll be able to take all the pictures you want.  Finishing 4398 is the next project in the chute after
Red Arrow 14 is done.  Justin Skerbin thinks (an opinion from months ago)  he can finish it in two years or less after he finishes Red Arrow 14.  Of
course restoration projects always take twice the estimated time!  And operating maintenance also gets in the way ... like a motor short that has
1711 sidelined.
It seems that everything Justin touches on PST 14 results in more work (a compliment to his ability to find problems) ... the weekly report from the
museum today talks about replacing fried resistor elements and  installing new windshield wiper motors.  And that car was a task that started out as
simply a cosmetic renewal!  At least it should be pretty much like new when it comes out of the shop.
