I first saw Justin working when he was about 15.  That was when the cosmetic
overhaul of 14 began.  He was figuring out how to put a new skirt on the car
... you could see the wheels turning in his head.  We got two screw jacks to
hold the skirt in position so he could drill the steel and screw it onto the
car.  He had figured out his own way to handle a job without saying he needed
help.  Something I never forgot.  Over the years I saw a boy turn into a man
who has an incredible amount of patience and thoroughness and an ability to
carefully think through every job.  The kind of man you want on your
payroll!!
