[PRCo] Trolley wire fences

I recall that there were several wire fences over trolley wires on PRC 
lines that crossed PRR tracks on Liberty Avenue and Penn Avenue, 
out around 28th St.  Some of these trolley wire fences were still in 
place as late as 1966, but I'll have to check to see if they appear in 
any of my photos.
By the way, before my 1957 McKeesport photo was uploaded to 
Derrick's website, I increased the contrast of the photo at

in order to enhance the image of the trolley wire fences.
