[PRCo] Overbrook Reopening, etc.

This morning's Post-Gazette had a photo of the first new Spanish-built LRV
arriving at South Hills Village yesterday.  Another was sent to Elmira for
finish work.  Word has it that the Overbrook line will reopen by about June
4, 2004.  And with regard to some speculation that has gone on here, it is
highly unlikely that 1711 will operate on the rebuilt line.  Just what will
happen is unclear at this point.
